Second Generation Controller

This is the second generation lighting controller. Significant changes from the previous generation:
DC power jack added
Data connection provided by RJ45 jack (so that it can connect to the 4th generation LED driver)
Removed EEPROM memory
Other than that, the two generations of controllers are identical.
